B. Kent Warner, JD 

An accomplished and well respected trial attorney, Kent Warner leads the firm with dedication and persistent values. Kent graduated from UCLA and Hastings College of Law. His practice has been devoted to civil trial and appellate law. Clients have included many plaintiffs as well as major corporations and insurance companies. With 38 years of trial experience, successful cases tried have included jury trials in many fields of law such as insurance bad faith, professional malpractice, negligence, intentional torts, construction and real estate.

B. Kent Warner is a member of the American Board of Trials Advocates and received the AV Preeminent Rating, the highest level of professional excellence within the legal community.

Venus Tang McCarthy

Venus Tang-McCarthy graduated from UCLA with a B.A. in Political Science and a Specialization in Business and Administration.  She then earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Whittier College School of Law, which she attended on a full scholarship.  She is the recipient of three CALI Excellence for the Future Awards.  While in law school, she served as an extern to the Honorable John Ryan (Ret.) of the United States Bankruptcy Court, and she also interned for the Orange County Superior Court – Probate Department.

Ms. Tang-McCarthy has been a member of the California State Bar since December 2005.  Additionally, she has been admitted to the United States District Court, Central District of California since June 2007.

Kaylyn Warner

Kaylyn has spent the majority of her career as an Executive Administrative Assistant for the University of California System utilizing her customer support and secretarial skills. She has worked on three UC campuses: Riverside, Irvine and Santa Barbara. After retiring from the UC System with more than 30 years of service she became the Accounts Manager for Cassidy Warner & Associates and has demonstrated exceptional communication and problem solving skills that are immediately observed by the clients she greets and serves on a daily basis.
